Shattuck heads our construction management division. As the owner's representative he works closely with clients to define and develop project objectives and budgets. He assists in procurement and review of design documents. Provides value engineering, contract review, and execution services. During construction Shattuck establishes cost control systems, facilitates project meetings, tracks work progress, monitors budgets and schedules, and provides quality assurance and documentation. As a project nears completion he facilitates a timely closeout, coordinates all commissioning procedures, documents and verifies warranty status and validates all operation and maintenance manual documents.
